Becoming a Habit

Molly loves to be on stage! She has had leading roles in the plays and the school musicals all three years at the middle school. This year the 6th, 7th and 8th graders did the full production of "Sound of Music". Wow! What an undertaking. The show was 2 1/2 hours long! The Von Trapp children changed their costumes a half a dozen times!

Molly tends to get the "older, more mature" parts. In "Annie Jr." she was Ms. Hannigan and in "High School Musical" she was Ms. Darbus. It didn't surprise us in the least when she was cast as Mother Superior (Sister Abess) in "Sound of Music"!

After she got over her initial disappointment of not getting to wear leopard print pumps or sparkling glitter, low cut tops, or change her costume a bunch of times, she realized what a heavenly role this was!
